Dear hoppers,

as you might have guessed already: We can’t make it happen. Pandemic still overrules all plans we made, for travels as well as for the organization. Indoor dancing isn’t possible with partner change, and regulations change so frequently that it’s hard to keep up with, but impossible to organize a 100+ participants dance event.

We hope to see you in April 2022 in Hüll.

Safe the dates! / Vorankündigung!

Dear hoppers, we honestly have no clue if we can make a Hülly Hop Swing Farm happen this year. But since we are enthusiasts of swing dancing we started to secretly planning an event in September. So please save the date: 17.-19.09.2021 for a Special Edition!

We will come up with all the information later in the year. Please be aware that this Hülly Hop Special Edition could be different, i.e. smaller, with less classes, more social dancing, and with possible (last minute) changes due to the pandemic.

The next “regular” Hülly Hop Swing Farm will – hopefully – be 22.-24.04.2022.

Liebe Hülly Hopper/innen, wir wissen natürlich nicht, ob wir dieses Jahr noch ein Hülly Hop Event organisieren können, aber wir haben es uns vorgenommen, sind voller Hoffnung und Enthusiasmus!

Die Hülly Hop Swing Farm Special Edition wird, wenn es gut läuft, vom 17. bis 19. September dieses Jahres stattfinden.

Wir werden Euch im Frühsommer mehr Details nennen können, aber stellt Euch schon mal darauf ein, dass es etwas anders als üblich laufen wird: vll. mit weniger Teilnehmenden und Lehrern, weniger Klassen, mehr Zeit zum Social Dancing, und vor allem mit evtl sehr kurzfristigen Änderungen aufgrund der allgemeinen Corona-Situation.

Die nächste “reguläre” Hülly Hop Swing Farm ist für den 22.-24.4.2022 geplant.

Wir vermissen es so sehr, zu tanzen und mit Freunden Zeit in Hüll zu verbringen! Euer Swing Farm Team!

Dear Hülly Hoppers, teachers, and helpers,

with a heavy heart we have to let you know that Hülly Hop Swing Farm 2021 is canceled.

Due to the overall situation it’s impossible to plan and run a dance camp. All participants have gotten an email with options for full / partly refund or donation or voucher. If you did not get an email, please check your spam folder.

If the situation improves dramatically over the course of the next months we might organize something spontaneous, but we honestly don’t see this at the moment.

We hope to see you back on the dance floor as soon as possible. We miss dancing and having fun with you so much and guess you feel the same. So let’s look forward to the day when we’ll be swinging together again.

Dear participants who registered for our 6th event this year,

Thank you for your support! We’re overwhelmed that many of you have chosen to donate parts of their participation fee, to purchase a solidarity t-shirt, and/or have simply agreed to transfer their registration to the new date of 6th Hülly Hop Swing Farm April, 16th to 18th, 2021! This helps a lot! And you can only guess how much this means to us!
To be sure that everyone has made their own choice we want to remind those of you who haven’t submitted a feedback form so far that you can still do so until Monday, May 18th, 2020. So four more days to go. 
If we receive no feedback from you, you will automatically be treated as if you’ve chosen to transfer your registration to April, 16th to 18th, 2021 with a donation of 0,00 Euro. If you want anything different, have a look at your e-mails again, we have sent you a reminder today including your link to your feedback form. 

Stay healthy and keep swinging however possible!

Dear Hülly Hoppers,

As news on Corona and official measures against further spreading of the virus change daily, we feel the need to keep you informed as best we can: We have sent out an e-mail to all our participants last Sunday, and we will send out a status update in the next couple of days. In case you did not get our message(s), please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please get back to agnes@swing.farm to get it re-sent to you.

In short: At the moment the most probable scenario will be a rescheduling of the whole event. We consider April, 16th to 18th, 2021 as an alternate date. 

Since there are still loads of things that need to be clarified regarding our background organizing force, the ABC Bildungs- und Tagungszentrum e.V. (an educational NGO heavily affected by the virus crises), it’s still too early for definite decisions though.

Meanwhile we kindly ask for your patience and to refrain from individual inquiries. We will keep you posted – stay tuned for updates! Your Hülly Hop Swing Farm Team

Cherry (Advanced Comfort): space for 1 couple, or 2 leads.

Pear (Advanced challenge): space for 2 couples, or 2 leads and 2 follows.

We are currently sold out on single and double rooms and Snowbird (Camper) spots. We have 2 Farmer beds left. Other accommodation options (mixed dorm, women’s dorm, Hotels) are still available!
